Bull Terrier Club of Canada strives to provide the best
possible information to potential Bully owners and
support to people that have a Bully companion already.
This page provides links to information on the health
concerns in the breed and the tests breeders do to
screen for these health concerns.

The
Club encourages anyone looking for a breeder to not be
afraid to ask questions about health concerns within
their lines and the testing they do to screen for these
concerns. Talk to several breeders. Go and visit their
kennel and meet their dogs.
We recommend you be very cautious of any Breeder who is
unable or unwilling to answer your questions and
remember that there is no such thing as a “perfect dog”
The following is a list of breeders that are BTCC Club
members in good standing and members of the Canadian
Kennel Club.
This list is provided as a courtesy only and the BTCC
does not specifically recommend any one breeder over
another.
It is up to you to do your research, ask the questions
and find a breeder that you feel you can trust and work
with. The breeder owner relationship should be for the
life of your Bully.
